Very interesting info. I highly recommend this book for anyone that has to go to Federal Prison. The book is a wealth of useful information if you have an unplanned vacation coming up. The book is well written and easy to read. Any question that you might think of, concerning federal prison, is answered in this book.

After reading several of these books this is the one I recommend. His by far is the most complete and easiest to understand. It is a must if you are or a love one is going to club fed. The more you know the easier the stay. Good Luck.

I bought this book for my little brother and ended up reading it myself. My brother just left for Lompoc to start a five year stretch. This book defiantly took a big load of stress off his shoulders. I wish it has been around when I had to do time nine years ago in La Tuna. This book is as real as it gets. It answers every question and makes you actually feel ok about going.

Interesting… Finding out that my son was going to prison was the saddest thing I've ever faced. He is now in Victorville. It was totally unexpected and caused many sleepless nights of worry. I bought several prison guides and was most impressed with this one in particular. This book is very thorough and well written. It exposed all of unknowns and chased my fears away. If you have any questions about prison I definitely recommend you get this book.

Each with ph & fax #'s along with prison population and a few other other items. There are 16 in Texas. 3 in my area (North Texas) and I thought there were only 2.This would probably be of interest to anyone involved in the criminal justice system. Heck, you could create a 6 to 8 week course out of this manuel.

The Cold Hard Facts. I am very impressed with the sheer volume of information. I was expecting much less. The text is laid out in a way that made it very easy to get the answers I needed. I have often thought someone needed to write a book for the total newcomer who finds themselves in a situation unlike ever they've ever been in. You can't expect answers from your family or "people you know" if it's your first time. Let Mad Dog be that person.
